A house is only rated confirmed if there are multiple sources, aside from online sites that list haunted locations, that speak to the house's or location's paranormal activity. A house is only rated Fake if the house doesn't exist, location doesn't exist or people involved in the haunted story don't exist (and yes, you'd be surprised how many this applies to). Finally you'll see Unconfirmed on multiple listings because it is the only fair rating you can give a house or location when you don't have multiple sources to confirm paranormal activity that lives up to the tales told about the property. Since all houses and locations possesss residual energy which can often be mistaken for spiritual or paranormal activity we are rating these houses & locations based on the tales associated with them.
